- Remaining Payment: The remaining 95% balance must be paid within seven (7) days after order confirmation to complete the transaction.
- Order Cancellation: Orders can be canceled within a 3-day window for a full refund of the 5% deposit. Cancellations after three (3) days will result in forfeiture of the deposit as a processing fee.

- Shipping: Trade Bloom coordinates with trusted logistics providers to ensure safe and efficient delivery. Shipping timelines may vary based on location and other factors, and delivery times are not guaranteed.
- Return Policy: If a product needs to be returned, return shipping costs are the responsibility of the retailer. Please ensure that returned items are securely packaged, as Trade Bloom is not liable for any damage incurred during return shipping.
