To confirm an order on Trade Bloom, clients (retailers) are required to make a 5% upfront payment. This deposit secures the order and allows our team to begin processing it. The remaining 95% of the order total is due within seven (7) days from the initial order confirmation.
Order Cancellation Policy
3-Day Cancellation Window: Orders may be canceled within three (3) days of the initial confirmation. If an order is canceled within this window, clients are eligible for a full refund of the 5% deposit.
Late Cancellations: Orders canceled after the 3-day window will result in forfeiture of the 5% deposit as a processing fee.
